Our Staff

The aim of all the staff employed in Moncreiffe is to provide the highest quality of care for residents. Our staff are a mix of qualified nurses and care assistants trained to a minimum of SVQ Level 2 in Care. Our highly skilled cook, housekeeping, laundry and office staff all help to provide a relaxed and comfortable environment for all residents. The homes staff are selected for their qualities of reliability, integrity, skill, friendliness and professionalism. All staff are members of the PVG scheme. Moncreiffe is committed to providing on going training for staff to ensure that they are up to date with current best practice. Staff regularly attend external and internal courses on a variety of relevant subjects.
